Acceptable Use Policy

What you may and may not create with Veymu, how we enforce it, and how to report something.

Last updated October 10, 2026 · Operated by Ron Avidor (Israel)

The short version. Make anything lawful. Don't make sexual content, anything involving minors, intimate imagery of a real person without their consent, or a video designed to make someone appear to say or do something they didn't. Prompts are screened before they run, and breaking the first two rules ends the account permanently.

1. Scope

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to your prompts, anything you upload, and anything you generate or publish using Veymu.

2. Zero tolerance, immediate permanent ban

These end an account on the first occurrence, with no refund of unused credits, and are reported to the relevant authorities where the law requires it:

  • Any sexual or sexualised depiction of a minor, or of a person presented as a minor. There is no artistic, fictional, stylistic or “they're actually 18” exception. None.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery of a real, identifiable person, including “nudify” edits and sexual deepfakes.
  • Content produced to facilitate child grooming, sexual extortion, or human trafficking.
  • Content that promotes or instructs in terrorism or mass violence, or that celebrates a perpetrator of one.

3. Also prohibited

Sexual content

Veymu does not generate pornographic or sexually explicit material. Our payment provider does not permit adult content, so this applies regardless of the ages or consent of everyone depicted.

Deception and impersonation

  • Video made to appear as a real recording of a real person saying or doing something they did not, political figures included, and especially around elections.
  • Impersonating a person, brand or organisation to defraud, or to gain money, credentials or access.
  • Fabricated footage of a real event presented as news or documentary evidence.
  • Content supporting a scam, fake investment scheme, phishing campaign or fake endorsement.
  • Audio made to sound like a real person's voice, or presented as a recording of one, without that person's consent.

Satire and parody are allowed, provided the result cannot reasonably be mistaken for genuine footage. Label it.

Music and audio

The music and sound our audio models generate is original and licensed for commercial use, that is the whole reason we use the ones we do. It stops being yours to use, however, the moment you aim it at someone else's work:

  • Prompting for a specific recording, or for a named artist's voice or likeness in song, "a track that sounds exactly like [song]" asks the model to reproduce something we have no right to give you.
  • Presenting generated music as the work of a real artist, band or composer, or releasing it under their name.
  • Uploading a copyrighted recording as source material for scoring or any other mode.

Naming a genre, an era, an instrument or a mood is exactly what these models are for. Naming a rights holder is not.

Harm to people

  • Harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, or content targeting a specific private individual.
  • Hate speech or dehumanising content aimed at a group by race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or immigration status.
  • Content that promotes self-harm, suicide, or a dangerous eating disorder.
  • Gratuitous, realistic gore made to shock, or that depicts a real person's death or injury.

Illegal and regulated

  • Instructions for weapons, explosives, or chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear material.
  • Marketing for illegal drugs, unlicensed pharmaceuticals, or illegal firearms sales.
  • Counterfeit goods, forged documents, or forged official identification.
  • Material infringing someone else's copyright or trademark, see the DMCA policy.

Abuse of the Service

  • Sharing an account, or reselling raw generation capacity as if it were your own service.
  • Automating access outside an API we have issued you, or working around rate limits, the credit system or the prompt filter.
  • Using generated output to train, distil or benchmark a competing model.
  • Creating accounts to abuse a promotion or the refund window.

4. Material you upload

When you upload an image or a reference clip you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that any identifiable person in it has consented to their likeness being used this way.

Uploading a photo of someone else without their consent is a breach of this policy, even if the result is harmless. That includes photographs of public figures taken from the internet.

5. How we enforce this

Three layers, in order:

  1. Automated prompt screening. Every prompt is checked before any compute is spent. A prompt that trips the filter is refused and you are not charged. The filter is deliberately narrow and errs toward letting borderline prompts through to the model, it is a backstop, not a censor.
  2. The model's own safety systems. Every model we run refuses a substantial range of content independently of us.
  3. Human review on report. We review reported content and the account behind it.

Depending on what we find, we may:

  • refuse the generation (no charge);
  • warn you;
  • suspend the account pending review;
  • terminate it and forfeit unused credits, see section 10 of the Terms;
  • report it to law enforcement where the law requires.

Appeals. If you believe an enforcement decision was wrong, email support@veymu.io within 30 days. A person reviews it, and we reply within 5 business days. Decisions under section 2 are not appealable.

6. Reporting a violation

Email abuse@veymu.io with the video URL or a description, and where you encountered it. Reports about content depicting a minor are treated as urgent and actioned the same day.

If you are the person depicted in intimate content generated without your consent, say so in the subject line. We prioritise those reports above everything else and do not require proof of identity before taking the content down.

How we trace a reported video and the steps we take are set out in the Synthetic Media & Deepfake Policy.

7. Your responsibility for what you publish

Rules about AI-generated media differ by country and by platform. Several jurisdictions now require synthetic media to be labelled, and most large platforms require disclosure. Complying where you publish is your responsibility, not ours.

We recommend disclosing that a video is AI-generated whenever a viewer might otherwise take it for a real recording.
