Terms of Service

The agreement between you and us. It covers what you can do with Veymu, how credits and subscriptions work, who owns what you generate, and what happens when something goes wrong.

Last updated October 10, 2026 · Operated by Ron Avidor (Israel)

The short version. You buy credits or a monthly plan and spend them generating video, images, music and 3D. You own what you generate and may use it commercially. Don't use Veymu to make illegal or harmful content. Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel, which you can do yourself at any time. Unused credits are refundable within 14 days. This summary is for orientation only, the sections below are what actually binds us both.

1. Who you are contracting with

Veymu (“Veymu”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Ron Avidor, a sole trader registered in Israel. You can reach us at support@veymu.io.

These Terms apply to the website at veymu.io and everything you do with it (the “Service”). By creating an account or making a purchase you accept them. If you don't accept them, don't use the Service.

Veymu is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the creators or owners of any third-party AI models available through the service. Model names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify which model runs a given job.

2. Who takes your money

All payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record(“MoR”) for every order. That means Dodo Payments, not us, is the seller of record on your invoice, and is responsible for collecting and remitting VAT, GST and sales tax in your jurisdiction. All prices on this site are quoted excluding tax; where your country charges it, it is added at checkout and shown in the total before you pay.

Your card statement will show Dodo Payments, not Veymu. That is expected. If you don't recognise a charge, check for that name before disputing it, and please contact us either way, because we can resolve it the same day where a dispute takes months.

Your purchase is therefore also subject to Dodo Payments's terms. We never see or store your card details.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You must not be located in a country subject to a comprehensive embargo, or be on a restricted-parties list, under the applicable laws of Israel, the EU or the United States.

4. Your account

  • One account per person. Keep your password to yourself, you are responsible for everything done through your account.
  • You must confirm your email address before the account becomes usable.
  • Tell us at support@veymu.io straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
  • You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

5. Credits

The Service runs on credits. A generation's cost is shown before you start it and depends on resolution and duration, higher resolution and longer clips cost more, because they cost us more compute.

  • Credits are a prepaid entitlement to use the Service. They are not money, not a stored-value instrument, and have no cash value outside the Service.
  • Credits from one-time packs never expire while your account is open.
  • Credits included with a monthly plan are granted on each successful payment. They do not roll over, see section 6.
  • Credits are not transferable between accounts and cannot be sold or exchanged.
  • If a generation fails on our side, we return the credits automatically. A result you simply don't like is not a failure, generative models are non-deterministic and a given prompt may not produce what you pictured.
  • If your account balance goes negative following a refund or chargeback, you cannot generate until it is back above zero.

Current one-time pack prices

PackCreditsPrice (USD)
Mini100$25 one-time
Plus300$65 one-time
Pro700$139 one-time

6. Subscriptions

Monthly plans are recurring subscriptions. By subscribing you authorise Dodo Payments to charge your payment method the plan price every month until you cancel.

PlanMonthly creditsPriceBilling
Creator300$39 / monthAuto-renews monthly until cancelled
Studio900$99 / monthAuto-renews monthly until cancelled
  • Renewal. Your plan renews automatically on the same day each month at the price shown above. The credits for the new month are added when the payment succeeds.
  • Monthly credits don't roll over. Each renewal is a fresh allotment. Credits you bought separately as a pack are unaffected and stay in your balance.
  • Cancelling. Cancel any time from your dashboard, which links to the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, you keep access and your credits until then, and you are not charged again.
  • Changing plan. Upgrading charges a prorated amount immediately and grants that plan's credits. Downgrading takes effect at the next renewal.
  • Failed payments. Dodo Payments retries a failed payment for a period. If it doesn't clear, the subscription lapses and you drop to pay-as-you-go. Credits already granted stay yours.
  • Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price increase affecting your renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Studio: starring in your own videos (early access)

The Studio plan includes early access to a feature that lets you use your own face as a character in your videos. It is not open yet. We will email Studio subscribers when it opens, and these rules apply from then on.

  • Who can use it. Subscribers with an active Studio plan. It is not part of the Creator plan or of credit packs. Places are limited during early access and are given in the order people ask. When they are full, you can join a waiting list.
  • Verified identity first. Before adding any character, real or AI, you verify your identity once with our provider Didit: a photo of your ID and a live selfie. You must be 18 or over. See Identity verification in the Privacy Policy for what is kept.
  • Only your own face. You verify yourself once with a short live selfie check, run by our model provider BytePlus (part of ByteDance). Every photo you add afterwards is compared with that check and refused if it shows anyone else. The feature is for your own likeness only. You may not use it for another person, even with their permission, and trying to get around the check breaks the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • What you can add. During early access, one character (you) with up to 2 photos: clear, front-facing, with only you in the picture.
  • Who can use your character. Only your account. We never use your character, your photos or your verification in anyone else's videos or in our marketing, and we never use them to train AI models.
  • How long it is kept. As long as your Studio plan is active. If you cancel, change to another plan, or a payment fails and the plan lapses, your character is kept for 30 days after the plan ends. We email you 7 days before we remove it. After that you can add yourself again by repeating the selfie check. Videos you have already made are not affected.
  • Removing it yourself. You can delete your character at any time from your dashboard, and deleting your account removes it straight away. Removal is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • Likeness is not guaranteed. The model aims to keep your appearance consistent, but results vary with camera angle, distance, lighting and motion, and we cannot promise that every frame looks exactly like you. Renders using your character cost credits like any other, and the Refund Policy applies as usual.
  • It depends on our provider. The feature runs on BytePlus's verified asset library. If BytePlus changes or withdraws that service, we may have to change or end the feature, and we will tell you as early as we can.
  • Your data. How your photos and your verification are handled will be set out in the Privacy Policy, which we will update before the feature opens.

7. Who owns what you make

You own what you generate, video, images, music and 3D models alike. As between you and us, we claim no ownership of your prompts, your uploaded source material, or the output. Subject to your having paid for it and to your compliance with these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy, you may use the output for any lawful purpose, including commercially, worldwide and in perpetuity, with no additional licence fee and no attribution required.

You are responsible for the material you put in. You confirm that:

  • you own or have permission to use any image, video or likeness you upload; and
  • your use of the output doesn't infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.

Two honest caveats, because we'd rather you hear them from us than from a lawyer. First, the copyright status of AI-generated material is unsettled in many countries. Some, including the United States, do not grant copyright protection to purely machine-generated work. We can license you our rights; we cannot conjure rights the law doesn't recognise. Second, identical or near-identical output can be produced for someone else from a similar prompt, so we cannot promise exclusivity.

We reach the underlying models, Seedance, Veo, Kling, Hailuo, LTX, Nano Banana, GPT Image, FLUX, Sonilo and Hunyuan 3D, through fal.ai, and run Seedance and Seedream directly on BytePlus ModelArk. Their terms apply to the model's operation, and we pass through to you every right we hold. We may show your generated clips in our own marketing only with your explicit prior written permission.

8. Acceptable use

The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms. In short: no content that is illegal, sexual involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, targeted harassment, or a deceptive impersonation of a real person. Prompts are screened automatically before generation, and we may suspend or terminate an account that breaches the policy.

You also agree not to:

  • resell, sublicense or white-label the Service itself (as opposed to the video you generate with it) without our written agreement;
  • access it by any automated means other than an API we have given you, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or the credit system;
  • probe, scan or test the security of the Service other than under a disclosure arrangement agreed with us in advance, see section 15;
  • use it to train, distil or benchmark a competing model.

9. Availability

We work to keep the Service up but do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee on the plans described here. The Service depends on third-party model providers, and their outages become ours. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.

If an outage lasting more than 24 consecutive hours prevents you from using credits you have paid for, contact us and we will extend your billing period or return the affected credits.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that:

  • breaches these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy;
  • is used for fraud, chargeback abuse or payment-method testing;
  • attempts to compromise the Service or other users' accounts.

Except where the law or an ongoing investigation prevents it, we will tell you why. If we close your account for a reason that is not your breach, we will refund your unused credits pro rata. If we close it because of your breach, unused credits are forfeited.

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. See the Refund Policy for what happens to unused credits.

11. No warranty on output

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Generative models are probabilistic. We do not warrant that any given prompt will produce a usable, accurate or specific result, that output will be free of artefacts, or that it will be suitable for any particular purpose. Check the output before you publish it.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) US$100.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, even if we were told they were possible.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, these Terms do not affect your mandatory statutory rights.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or from your use of material you generated, including a claim that your prompt, your uploads or your published output infringed someone's rights.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will email registered account holders at least 14 days before they take effect, and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the new version. If you don't, cancel and request a refund of unused credits under the Refund Policy.

15. Reporting a security issue

If you find a vulnerability, email abuse@veymu.io with enough detail to reproduce it. We will acknowledge within 1 business day. We will not pursue legal action over good-faith research that stays within a single account you control, avoids other users' data, avoids degrading the Service, and gives us a reasonable window to fix the issue before disclosure.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, EEA or UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in your local courts.

17. General

  • Whole agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy, Refund, Acceptable Use, Cookie and DMCA policies, are the whole agreement between us.
  • Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stands.
  • No waiver. Not enforcing a right once doesn't waive it.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them to a successor of the business, on notice to you.
  • Force majeure. Neither party is liable for a failure caused by something genuinely outside its reasonable control.
